Company Overview
Inclusive Lens Advantage Coaching and Consulting is a Toronto-based practice founded by Patrick Reynolds that helps individuals and organizations communicate, lead, and resolve conflict through empathy-centered, story-informed approaches. Drawing on a videographer’s mindset backed by 25 + years at Citytv—observant, inclusive, and context-aware—the firm supports leaders, teams, and communities in shifting from reaction to reflection and from assumption to understanding. Core services include leadership coaching, conflict navigation, inclusive communication consulting, story-based transformation workshops, and job readiness and empowerment development for youth and individuals from protected and underrepresented groups. Inclusive Lens Advantage also partners with nonprofits, community agencies, and HR departments to better engage job seekers facing barriers to employment, creating pathways that respect each person’s story (see my own story below) while contributing to healthier, more equitable workplaces and communities.
